Jobcard System JCS Overview An innovation of PREDICTION+ is its Jobcard Planning System. This is a structured low level management tool for controlling fabrication, construction, commissioning and shutdown projects or project components. JCS enables the user to clearly scope, estimate, measure, sequence and control all tasks required to complete projects successfully through both quantity and resource based task completion. It allows development of low level estimates, controls the budget, and details the scope, resources, materials and special requirements to complete the scope whilst ensuring quality control aspects are completed including sign off and acceptance of the completed scope.
