TMS Overview

TMS is currently used by engineering and construction companies as a corporate solution of the management of man hours. With unparalleled functionality for pre-processing time sheets for payroll, client billing, productivity analysis and labour costing. TMS makes capturing time and expenses simple with it's easy to use interface and user friendly functionality.

Individuals based in-house or on site can access TMS via the LAN or via remote connection tools to enter time and expenses against projects and their associated activities. As soon as the data is entered; the hours, cost and sales information is available to be reported at any level of the work breakdown structure (WBS).

Budgeting is done at Activity level in PREDICTION+ PCS in terms of hours, cost and sales. Actual hours, costs and sales are rolled up through the WBS to facilitate the periodic measurement of progress against the WBS and enable auto calculation of earned values, productivity factors and forecasts to complete.

The electronic approval function in TMS completely eliminates the need for printing out timesheets and expense claims and accelerates the overall approval process.

Project Managers have complete control over time and costs associated to their projects. Timesheets and expenses can be viewed by project or personnel allowing the management of the approval process at both a supervisor and project level.

 TMS is commonly interfaced directly to an external payroll system and is fully integrated into the PREDICTION+ Project Control System (PCS) ensuring data integrity and eliminating the need for re-keying of data.
