Job title :  Account Manager (Business Development Department) 

 

Main activities: 

 

  • Work with the marketing team to develop leads for further qualification within the assigned business line responsibility
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all customers in the assigned business line responsibility
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of the relationship with the customer Qualify potential customers according to the company’s practice  
  • Prepare and deliver all materials and information necessary to support the sale to the customer  
  • Arrange for meetings with the qualified lead, including meetings with the company and Customer senior management  
  • Travel as required within Vietnam to support the sales process (the company will work with the Account manager to minimize the impact of travel and provide all travel support and expenses)  
  • Prepare proposals for sales, including review with the company’s management and presentation to customer
  • Supervise and manage the sales process within the company, ensuring that all required internal support is arranged and delivered on time to keep the sales process schedule  Provide a weekly update of all activities; keep management in the loop at all times
  • Provide after-sales support; maintain relationships with the customer after the sale and awareness of any follow-on sales
